We normally check our e-mail three times a day. This way we can reply to your order as soon as possible. Once we get your e-mail we will check our inventory and send you an invoice. Once you have checked and approved your invoice we will send you an invoice via paypal.
We ship all our U.S. orders via U.S.P.S. Priority mail. Our oversea order ship U.S.P.S. Air mail. If you would like your order insured, with a tracking number, etc.. please let us know when you place your order.
It is our policy that if you pay for priority mail that your order should be shipped to you as soon as possible.
We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving your payment. If there is a problem we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible.

PAYMENT: We will accept PAY PAL payment ONLY. Sorry, no personal checks, cashier's checks, cash, or money orders! Payment is expected within 5 days of receiving invoice. If you send an eCheck through Paypal, we reserve the right to hold your item until payment clears to us. If you ran into an unexpected problem, don't hesitate to contact us to explain. Items not paid for within ten days will be re-listed for sale. TAX: If the item is shipped within Illinois, the Illinois State Sales Tax applies. Tax is 6.25%.
